‘Cantık’ is a traditional
‘börek’ which everybody can eat from adult to child and is unique to Tatars-people
who migrate especially from Crimea. It has special paste and yoghurt is put on
this paste in order to bake ‘börek’ in a good way. A mixture which consists of
ground meat-kıyma- and potato is used. It is really delicious and practical.
You can eat it as breakfast, lunch or dinner. Moreover, you can add ketchup or
mayonnaise in it while eating. If it were sold in another country, as long as
its paste is reserved, pork or other types of meat could be used according to
preference or cheese could be used instead of meat for people who do not eat
meat. Additionally, you do not have to buy it as portions or numbers. You can
order it as a tray and serve it to your guests or be selfish-you can enjoy it
by yourself.If you like eating traditional food, you will have no regrets about
trying it.

Anyway, I want to say something about some mistakes I think so. Instead of using 's' in 'Tatars-People', it is much more true that using only 'Tatar-People'. Maybe I just misunderstood the word order. The other one is in the line the third. 'A mixture ... and potato is used' is a wrong usage. ' .. are used' should be used, I think.
